We strive to be as flexible as possible in accommodating your needs. However, to ensure we can craft unforgettable memories for your special event, we recommend booking a minimum of one month in advance. This allows our team to curate everything to perfection and reduces stress for you as the organizer. Booking within this timeframe ensures that all details are meticulously planned and executed, providing you and your guests with a seamless experience.

At The Nomad Bar, we require a 50% deposit to secure all event reservations. This deposit ensures that we can allocate resources and provide our top-notch bartending services to make your special event unforgettable. The remaining payment is due one week prior to the event. Please note, the deposit is non-refundable unless the reservation is cancelled by The Nomad Bar, or by the client within 30 days of the event. If the event is cancelled more than 30 days before the event date, we will refund 50% of the deposit. This policy helps us manage our schedules and ensures that every event we commit to receives the best service possible.

At The Nomad Bar, we are committed to making your special events truly unforgettable, regardless of where they take place. We understand that weather can be unpredictable, and to ensure our services are provided smoothly, we work closely with you or your event planner to find a suitable location for our bar setup. Should a tent be required due to inclement weather or other factors, it will be the responsibility of the client to arrange for the rental of a tent. This allows us to focus on delivering high-quality bartending services without any weather-related disruptions, ensuring your event goes off without a hitch.

For most events, our staff at The Nomad Bar will arrive 1 hour early to ensure everything is set up and prepped for a smooth beverage service. For larger events, such as weddings, additional setup time might be required. Rest assured, every event is assessed individually to ensure we have plenty of time to set up and meet your specific needs.
