Quote/Package Proposal
Once we have an idea of what you are looking for based on your submission form and/or phone consultation, we will suggest one of our base packages to work off of and give you an idea of what that investment will look like.

Contract and Deposit
Once you have decided to move forward with The Nomad Bar, youll sing a catering agreement and pay your 50% deposit. Once these things are done, you will have reserved The Nomad Bar for your event and it is time to get excited and plan the details!

Initial Event Consultation
After the deposit is received, we will set up an initial meeting to get more details and ask/answer questions about the event. This looks different for every event and package because every wedding and event is unique and special.

Sixty Day Consultation
Two months prior to your event we will set another meeting to go over any outstanding details that may not have been established in the Initial Event Consultation. This will be the time to make final decisions and serves as a way to make sure everyone is aligned on event day.

Event Day
​The Nomad Bar shows up early to setup and get everything ready for service. Then, we craft memorable beverage experiences for you and your guests!
